Die Cutting
Accurate Felt & Gasket (AFG) use rule dies, machined dies, and male/female tooling to provide high precision, perfectly repeatable die cutting. There’s no design too simple or too complex for our die cutting capabilities.
Custom Gaskets
Custom gaskets are what we do, and we do them better than anyone. We have the experience and the expertise to deliver custom gaskets that meet your requirements for materials, size, quantities, and other factors. Our expert team can turn any design into a tangible product. If you can design it, we can deliver it!
Slitting Services
AFGCO can provide material coils cut to your desired width, whether for custom gaskets or for any other purpose. We maintain a huge inventory of gasketing materials, in various thicknesses and widths, and can cut these materials to fit your requirements. For example, we can cut 40” wide material into 4” wide coils in specified lengths. Slit materials can also be laminated, as needed (see below).
Laminating Services
We can laminate one or both sides of our gasket materials with a variety of adhesives, including rubber-based, acrylic-based, and unsupported adhesives. Other specialty laminating services, from adding Mylar to foam rubber or multi-layer felt and rubber, may be available upon request. Our specialized laminating processes ensure even, uniform coverage. Laminating is available for both our custom gaskets and custom-slit materials (see above).
Accurate Felt & Gasket manufactures custom gaskets from a range of standard materials. As your project requires, we can also combine layers of multiple materials to create a unique, specialty material that offers the beneficial characteristics of each.
