NV-565 is a low density cellulose fiber gasket material with a blend of rubber binders for good oil, fuel, and water resistance. It conforms well to irregular flange surfaces and is used primarily in carburetors, fuel systems, and water pumps. It is intended for applications with short duration maximum temperatures up to 180°C (350°F).
